The Verified Network is a group of companies that issues, distributes and services tokenized (fractionalized) investment products. It can also work with independent issuers and tokenization platforms. This tries to resolve two major challenges facing such platforms - one, that of distributing products to the mass affluent investor (networth of $100k and above) base and secondly, that of servicing a large number of investors on digital platforms that traditional fund administrators are unable to cope with. AMLA compliance, share/note holder registry management, fund accounting and cash management, corporate actions are all functions that are hard to scale for service providers to deal with when it comes to fractionalized products. Distributing such products to the Indian market with a registered investor base of 100 million + active investor accounts (retail, accredited and institutional registered on CDSL, the centralized depository) as well as global markets (includes US and major European and Asian countries) is also a large opportunity for alternative asset managers that currently can not access this market segment.

Currently, funds, fixed income notes with both illiquid and listed underlyings, and derivative products are being tokenized and distributed on the Verified Network.
